Bradshaw Connections Anger Management

Is Anger Creating Problems in Your Life and Relationships?

You deserve a fulfilling life.

I am here to help you explore new ways of dealing with your anger. The good news about reducing or giving up your anger is that from the very first time you choose not to be angry or to act out your anger, you will feel better. Once you have experienced the difference you will not want to return to that habit. Many people believe that they cannot help acting out their angry feelings. They see no space between becoming angry and expressing their anger. They believe that they have no control over and no choice over the anger that they feel.

In Anger Management you will learn that you can consciously create a space between the rise of your anger and the actions you take as a result. And when you use the tools you learn in Anger Management in your life, you are more than likely going to experience an increase in self-esteem. And you will feel better. No longer will your anger control you. You will control your anger.

Patterns of anger typically develop over a lifetime. It is important to be gentle with yourself as you examine your beliefs about anger and consider changing your patterns.

Asking for help is the first step.

You deserve a fulfilling life.
